After years of working with contractors and reviewing poorly prepared estimates, it became clear that many projects fail not because of workmanship — but because of weak pricing at the start. Our aim is to bring clarity, structure, and realism to the estimating process.
We focus on drawing-led take-offs, sensible assumptions, and current UK pricing — producing estimates that are practical, transparent, and usable on real projects.

Every estimate is prepared using drawing-led take-offs, realistic allowances, and current UK rates. We aim to produce pricing that is practical, transparent, and usable — not theoretical or inflated for comfort.
